Litigation support
Sometimes things go wrong with a deal, and despite best efforts at negotiation on all sides, the parties are unable to agree a way forward. As independent experts we can be involved with the mediation and renegotiation process to try to resolve the matter amicably, before escalation to the courts.
However, as a result of our extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of pharmaceutical and life sciences deals we have been involved with a number of large litigation cases. These have involved the forensic analysis of documents, and the preparation of advice and opinion, particularly relating to deal structuring, deal terms, contractual analysis and the valuation of intellectual property.
