We have worked with many international clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs and small companies through to pharmaceutical companies and governments.  We always strive to add value with what we do and only take on projects where we have the experience and skills required.  Below are some examples of recent projects.

 

Case Study 3

 

A biotech company’s business development resources were fully stretched, and they needed an experienced business development professional to take over negotiations for the licensing out of a medical device.

 

We provided an interim manager for the company for 3 days a week for a period of 5 months, taking over full responsibility for the detailed negotiations with prospective partners in China, Thailand, Korea, Australia, South Africa and the Middle East.  We also managed the post-contract phase of the project up to its launch in India.

 

Case Study 4

 

The government of Egypt wanted a comprehensive strategic review and benchmarking of their pharmaceutical industry.

 

Estradia Pharma Consulting lead a team of consultants undertaking the review.  We designed and implemented an extensive questionnaire of pharmaceutical companies in Egypt, and undertook detailed benchmarking of the performance of the Egyptian industry with that in China, India and the West.  Following discussions with representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, Egyptian government, Universities and other stake-holders we prepared detailed action plans for the restructuring of the regulatory environment and the future development of the industry.
